Both coins were found in dry sand.
I 'm so curious as to the ID of the larger coin,
The Danmark coin metallic composition is : 97% copper; 2.5% zinc; 0.5 tin ...and is worth about $0.10 in American currency ( if I understood the exchange correctly).
Regarding the larger coin: I can make out the letters A TORI on one side; and ETL ( maybe) on the other.
Don't know whose image in on the coin ( ?obverse/?reverse)
On the other side it looks like a Charioteer with a lance ...not sure which is obverse /which is reverse
Date has a "7" in it.
Here's pics...two more in the following post..not enough room on this one.
Thanks for looking , and and ID help would be greatly appreciated
