...it was basically an independent exam set up by Comp;the purpose,I was told by my therapist,to "make sure my Dr. is not milking the system";THEIR words-Result??the other Dr. agreed fully with my Dr.-and to continue therapy to get my shoulder back to normal....strange thing is;he said in the report I was suffering from"partially frozen L-Shoulder"....:shrug:..SO the day after Thanksgiving;Im headed NORTH for a couple days!!!-Takin my waders,too-theres a lake up in the Grayling area I have to :detecting:- A guy that owns a motel up that way lost his wedding band in it a couple years ago,and I promised him I would search for it!!NOW,JUST WHERE is this lake located??I will tell ya-Somewhere between the Mackinaw Bridge;and Roscommon:help:......THAT narrows it down to oh;about what-2,500-3,000 sq.miles???THERE YA GO......

Good news from the second opinion dr, so you can rehab and rest your L-Wing some more and may you find the ring or something special among the goodies! Take care and don't overdo your shoulder and be safe! :angel: God Bless! Betty

Good luck on finding the right puddle of water there Steve. That's a lot of ground to cover and lots of water holes too. Wish you luck on finding the ring...and other things too.

I'm out of work til Dec 7th due to my knee. I can walk about without crutches now and got rid of the knee support. Maybe I should get out and detect. The DRs statement just says I can't work for 2 weeks....didn't say I couldn't play :rofl: The hard part is getting up and down to dig but still...sandy beach and my extendable scoop for sand would cut down on the bending and using the knee.

Was told my the Doc today I tore the cartaledge in 2 places...one to the right of the knee on the inside and the other on the left outer side of my knee. Not much he said could be done about it...just live with the pain I guess. Gonna be tight financially seeing as Sherry isn't working and at this point neither am I. We know God will meet our needs.

Keep in touch Steve. If all else fails....you (and others) can call and leave a message on my Google Voice phone number (989) 545-1350. I can always call back when I see a message came in. We shut off the home phone to save money. My cell phone contract expires sometime this month and we're not renewing the contract...even if they are trying to entice me to get a fancy new phone for free if we do. (Nothing is free when a contract is involved).

Get well buddy.

No feathers!!! :lmfao::rofl:
