We're going back to the BEACH this week.

We didn't find much last trip as they refurbished the beach in OCT and it was sanded in. But I'm still looking forward to the week of relaxation, beach combing, metal detecting, Just walking on the beach, having a special time of worship and fellowship with God while on the beach etc. I don't know but I just think an ocean setting is a good place to worship the creator and to hear his voice. Just me and my detecting buddy going again. I'm sure we'll have a good time.

So glad you're gonna get to go to the beach... and leave all that snow behind. I agree, the beach IS a great place to fellowship with the Lord. I also enjoy going out and sitting on the balcony of a hotel at night and just listening to the waves and seeing the moonlight on the water. Peaceful, and easy to focus on your quality time with God. We are about 4 hours away from the Alabama coast (Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Dauphin Island, etc.) and about 5 hours from the Florida Panhandle (Destin, Pensecola, Ft. Walton, Panama City). Of course being here in the mountains is good too. I like going out and sitting in my porch swing and looking at all the mountains around me... or going up on top to look around. Hope you have a wonderful and blessed time! Also hope you find LOTS of "treasures."
