What grip are you all using? (my stock one has had it)

So, my old foam grip is basically done for and I was hoping to solicite some advise from those of you out there that have replaced theirs. What has worked for you? What hasn't? My only problem with the foam grip was that dirt and mud would really get in there, and there was no way to get it out.

I thought I saw somewhere the someone makes detachable hand grips that are easy to wash. Anyone seen that? If so, do you have a link?

The only thing I remember seeing is tennis racket grip tape, which I suppose should do the trick, just curious if people have experimented with other things.

The raincover I bought for mine came with a cover for the grip too. I did'nt like it at first but it seems to lessen the stress on my wrist, and will certainly prolong the life of the foam grip.

You kno what's interesting, I bought the same rain cover probably from the same person on ebay. Mine came with a cover to the display, and a cover that goes over where your arm/the battery goes into, both very good, very high quality, but, no hand grip. I wonder if they still sell the hand grip.

I use the tennis racket rubber replacement grip and they work great. They don't soak up the water or mud and clean off very easy and the best part is that they are very comfortable. GL with what ever you decide to use.

Mine is wrapped in a layer of camo tape from Dick's and then friction tape. Works well.

Just go to wally world and get a roll of tennis grip. It wraps around easily just tape at the top and end like you do a racket. Mines has been on for a couple years now... in the rain, mud, snow, sand..... Its easy to change. I hear ya about the foam grip getting dirty.... drove me nuts cleaning it all the time.

Thanks for the response guys. I contacted the eBay seller I referenced above and it looks like he includes the hand grip with each order now. I have one on the way. If you're interested in any of these covers I highly recommend them. Also, the eBay seller has absolutely wowed me with his customer service.
