What is a very good condition 6000DI Series 2 worth?

Looks like a straight 6000D, not a Di. In good shape, probably around $125-175, maybe a little higher on fleabay with the right bidders. Great detector in it's day. It'll still get you the depth but it's heavy and its ergonomics leave something to be desired. A great old classic with some usefulness still left.
