What is the difference between the Bullseye 5.3 and the older Blue Max 600? They will both work with my old 6000/Di Pro SL which operates at 5.69 hz? I have been away from treasure hunting with a metal detector for over 20 years but some of those old diseases :surrender: come back! I have been operating the 6000 SL for about 2 weeks and have dug over 200 coins with it. It is quite an improvement over the old Garrett Groundhog which I still have.

I've had many detectors in the past 33 years, but remember the Groundhog as a great detector for its time. My brother and I both had one and could reverse discriminate them to dig coins very deep. I still have the 1909S IH it pulled from the depths of about 8". It found me many coins back in the 70's. Wish I could have had my XL Pro and 5.3 coil back then for them virgin parks we use to hit.
