Years ago this tool was uncover while plowing a field, no one seams to know what it is or what it's used for. Please help. Paul

tea press, looks to me like. Wouldn't think that a clove of garlic was over 2 inches long. If it is I want his fertilizer recipe. I think it's a tea press.
