Any Good books on Pi detectors???
My Pi questions are
What Pi does tone id(multi-tone, different tones for different materials)for different objects(Silver, Gold, Coins...)
What Pi tells depth by tone volume???

No there is no tone ID on Pulse detectors.
Yes, tone volume defines target depth. However, this may also signify target size.
PIs are great for hunting the wet sand and the surf. This is mainly due to the limited depth that any VLF detector will experience in highly mineralized sand (black sand, CA beaches).
The exception is in Florida and any sugar white sand beaches. VLF detectors will work very well in those situations.
You will also not want to accidentally engulf your expensive detector in water on the shoreline. Most PIs are waterproof.
