What pinpointer works good with Omega 8000 thanks for any help:teknetics:

Depends on the budget when I first got into detecting, testing the water I used a Cen-Tech 97245 found at harbour freight cheep but worked with sens adjustable built in light with a holster for under $20.00 and they usually go on sale for less then that just keep an eye. hope this helps.

I have used many pinpointers in my 33 years of detecting. Like the digger I use (Lesche). I refused to pay that much for a digger. I used hunting knives, and lots of other diggers. Until a friend was using a Lesche, And I tried it. Never be without one now. Same with pinpointers. Used several. Have several I don't use now. I discovered the Garrett pinpointer. Most pinpointers you have to almost touch the coin. Not with the Garrett. Sooner or later you probably will end up with a Garrett. If you can afford it, best to get one now....Jack

My Harbor freight pin-pointer cost $17 and I have a 100% target recovery record with it. Been using it for a year now with no problems.
For $5 extra I bought Harbor freights product replacement warranty. So "IF" it craps out, I get a new one for free.

You can buy a $120 pin-pointer and get yourself a 100% recovery rate as well if you are so inclined.

Personally, I don't see the logic in spending big bucks for a pin-pointer, but to each his own.....
