If I'm at an old home site where iron is a problem I opt for 2F. Run with discrimination at 5-7 and dig all repeatable high tones. In iron infested areas the ID will bounce around a lot, but I dig the repeaters. Now if I'm coin hunting it is a pure 4F setup. Love the sweet high tone of a deep silver or copper.
