WHAT WAS THE BEST F.SERIES FISHER EVER MADE???

C.J.M.

WHICH WAS THE BEST HUNTING AND DEEPEST "F"SERIES DETECTOR MADE BY FISHER? WOULD APPRECIATE SOME FEED BACK. :clapping: THANK YOU:thumbup::).

I still have my F75 LTD with the upgrade from fisher. I will never get rid of it. It found my 1/2 Reale (10 inches deep, I believe) with the Ultimate 13 inch coil. I was messing around with it today in the house with the 6” concentric football coil with different coins mixed with iron. It’s cold out side. Thought I would mess around.

I've had two models ; First was the f-75 yrs ago when they first came out. The claim then was its very "chatty". It was and I got rid of it soon afterwards. Yrs later I picked up a f-44, mid level unit, decent depth. I put on a nel sharpshooter coil and its still on to this day. It Id's pretty damm good and see very decent depth ( in my area ) at least.

Those are the only f-models I've tried.

That 6 inch concentric football on the F75 is the best combination I've ever used to get close to metal fencing, poles on playground equipment or right up to the edge of reinforced concrete driveways or sidewalks. Amazing ability to sneak out targets right next to big iron that overloads other set ups and hides targets.

I upgraded my "chatty" F75. The upgrade had the DST and I feel this hade a negative affect on depth. Wish I had kept the original "chatty" f75

What about the F70.. has some crazy stuff going on… where you can do a negative Threshold… with high sensitivity.. and it has some of the F75 …Genes in it.

F-75 LTD with boost. I had the original F-75 Anniversary addition but I sold it 2 years ago for $300. I found more with the Anniversary unit than any other detector after. Dug a 1885 half eagle with my cz-3d, TD calibrated . . . still have the cz . . .it gets 12.3" on a dime says Tom Dankowski after he worked on it. I only have 4 detectors, latest Deus2 which I like.

Back in the day I had a Fisher F 70 and I thought it was Great. Light weight and fast as I could swing it , it would respond.

Never tried the f70 but I've only heard good things about it
Yes the F70 is great but has it's learning curve, there are some great settings, one is that you eliminate as much as it can then notch back everything and man it can detect deep and silent and the sense and threshold in high, it's a detector to be recond with!
