What years were the XS, and II produced

I know the SE is new, but what year did the XS start and end production and what year did the II start and end.
 
Hello Colt,
I am pretty sure that the Explorer XS came out in the fall of 1999. When the II version showed up would be a guess, probably around 2003 or 2004??

My Xs was one of the first made. The firmware shows 1999 when its booting.
Just pulled it out of hibernation today.
Don't know about later, this is my first visit to this site in about seven years.
