i have a ebl universal charger need advise on whats the best rechargeable 9 volts for my pinpointer thanks ez

I have only tried the EBLs and I must say the 600mah will drive a pinpointer for a loooonnnngggg time.

I use these from batteryjuction dot com

They work VERY well, and they are the LSD type (Low Self Discharge).

I use 2 "Recharge" 9V. Use 1 until the low bat warning then switch to the other.

I use a small bit of painters tape on side & write the date last charged.

Love Them !! Heard good about the Tenergy as well.

If your charger will handle the lithium batteries don't waste your time or money on the Ni-Mh. They charge faster , have more running time and the shelf life is as good as alkaline.
$3.50 to $4 a piece but well worth it
