What's the difference between Omega 8000 & T2

I've never had either detector. Was planning on get the 8500 when it comes out but with both the T2 and the 8000 being discounted right now, maybe I should pick up one or the other now. What makes one better than the other? Thanks

Completely different machines from frequency to settings .......... including how you set up each machine..
 
About a hundred bucks.
