Whats the trick to putting pic's on here?

I figure I gotta learn how to do this so I can post some pic's of my own finds. Is there something on this site that you click on? Also do you guys take your photos in macro? Thanks in advance for any help.

Using your digital camera, put the chip in the computer. Download the pictures you want on My Documents. Then go to your message board and write your message. Click on Upload Files. Where is says Browse, type in My Documents. Click on each you want and Upload. Though they will only show the titles of your pictures at the message board, when you send the message, the pictures themselves will show up on the message board along with your message.
