My buddy found this wheel where we were finding CW relics. Does anybody have any idea how old or what it goes to? Here's the dimensions on it. I'm guessing early 1900's.
19 3/4 tall
2 3/4 wide
7 " spokes
1 1/2 " hub ID
3" hub OD

Any help would be appreciated.
