When it rains it pours....

Pete in MI

well not weather-wise up here...wish it would rain though. What I was referring to is all the things that are happening...or not happening...in a short period of time.

Just put my utility trailer up for sale on Craigslist.com....the hot water heater sprung a leak and apparently has been leaking for some time. Not sure how long it will be before the bottom falls out of it...or the floor under it falls out from under it. Oh well...this too is temporary and 'this too shall pass'.

just the weather kind though!
Prayers still coming your way!

That's an old saying in more ways than one, Pete! So sorry to hear about your having so many problems and trials! I may have to pay for some repairs on the new home I'm buying, as the owner is going to have a new roof put on and whether the ins covers it or not, because of the storm, is questionable. It will cost $5,500 and if he pays for it himself, then I may need to cover a portion or half of the needed repairs which have been discovered! Oh well, older homes need repairs just like our older bodies do!

I know these are temporary things in this world but they do need taken care of while we are here.....soooo I hope you can get a new hot water heater without too much trouble or expense and everything gets taken care of in the Cuba home that is needed before closing on it near the end of Sept.!

What is Craig's List as I keep hearing about it but no nothing concerning it! Is it a Web site for selling things? Please tell me more! Okay?

Thanks!

God Bless!

just look up your state and local area...many things are being sold there as opposed to giving money to eBay to try to sell something...Craigslist is free.
