I am still kicking But with a SORE back right now!
Fell at work last Feb and still have not fully recovered!
Shooting some ducks right now and planning on maybe digging up some Silver Sunday!

I don't have the pictures, but I have done very similar . But only four times so far. In Australia, selling your principle place of residence is one of the best ways to not have to pay any capital gains tax.
So any profit you make after one year or more of living in a house, is yours tax free. Nice little earner for some of us.
I'll probably do it again. Property market is still booming over here. Hope you can get out and shous some of your brilliant finds again soon.

We found these tubs in the woods but was to thick with brush to swing a detector, now those woods are filled with new homes.

I'm also sorry to hear about your Collie. Teak has been the most loyal, faithful, sweet, kind, affectionate Golden Retriever I've know and he's definitely a member of the family. It'll be a very sad day when he's gone, but for now we're doing everything we can for him. Thanks for your post.
