Hello jim,
Needles is a little too far east for me, Would like to make the trip someday thought allot of history in this area. Was down there over 50 years ago passing through with my mom just never made it back.
Boy, That would be an area on my bucket list maybe this year.

Mostly hunt in Illinois and St Louis area. Been at it 45 years and still get exited at the site of a silver dime 6 or 8 inches down. Back when I started it was not unusual to come home with pockets bulging with silver but for the most part those days seem to be over in this area. I still love getting out though and if I find something ok and if I don't that is ok too because it's good exercise.
