Where I took the X last two days

Well-known member
Visitors side of a old High School football bleachers area. The ground it moist hilt deep to my Leasch, and than some. I'm strictly a Clad &.Jewelry hunter.
Dirt & Beach. Anyway for me, I been running the X like ,Middle position for the toggle. Iron Audio about half way. Sweet high tones come in nice. Iron I mostly ignore, unless shallow. Get a iffy signal, I lower the Iron Audio to off. Give it a listen. This thing grabs onto On edge coins hard. Be prepared to cut bigger plugs. X took out 44 coins for -$ 4.47. From a place I had about gave up on.

I would of thought there would have been a lot of modern trash under the bleachers, particularly the visitor's side. Sounds like the X had no problem finding coins amongst the other non-ferrous stuff.
Could you tell aluminium pieces from a coin? Or was it pretty clean?

Congrats on the finds.

Thanks

Jac, been working that stretch about 3 times a year for 15 years. Pretty clean , bleachers been tore down. Deep black dirt. X blocks out the Iron, and foil.
Tabs & Nickels pretty darn close, gotta dig em. Or move off some. I'm hooked.

Dancer, Congratulations. I took the Vista X out to an old house that I had hit hard with a number of machines. I found about 8-10 non-ferrous targets that I had missed either because they were deeper or masked by iron. I would have stayed longer but the temp was 90 and the humidity was crazy. I look forward to putting time on this machine when we get a break in the weather. HH Richard

Nice report good finds!!

Yes on edge Coins/Buttons thin items etc are not an issue with the X!
