Well, I'm coming up on 3 weeks since I shipped my 2 week old defective CTX 3030 back to Minelab for replacement. Another call to Brian at Customer Service last Friday morning seemed to have gotten them to find a replacement for me. It was promised to be shipped no later than Monday this week. (UPS guarantees 2 day delivery from Minelab to my address). If it went out even on Monday it should have arrived today. But here it is after 6:00 PM and no UPS delivery.
I'm losing faith in Minelab after this latest run around and am thinking about just asking for a refund when I call Brian tomorrow. :veryangry:
