I worked all day, on and off by myself building this porch today. I am off tomorrow. (some say I am pretty much off all the time) and by golly, I will be sitting under this porch by tomorrows eve!

You got me worried! don't work so hard that you end up under it! <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock">

I want to end up under it in my rocker reading, I been "on it" for three days. My legs are sore. <IMG SRC="/metal/html/flag.jpg" BORDER=0 width=32 height=17 ALT="usa~"> <IMG SRC="/metal/html/csflag.gif" BORDER=0 width=22 height=15 ALT="::"> <IMG SRC="/metal/html/ml.gif" BORDER=0 width=30 height=15 ALT="m~">

Puttin' a nice swing on that porch?
I can remember when I was a kid goin' to my grandma's house in a small coal mining town in Pennsylvania. She had an old squeaky swing on that porch that I loved to sit and swing on....
She also had a coal / root celler. It was pretty scary goin' down there as a kid... I just remembered my father taking me down there one day. I told him I was scared. He took my hand and told me that there was nothing to be afraid of and turned out the light.... couldn't see a thing but I could feel him holding my hand.
One day I discovered that's where grandma kept the pickles she was making. Mmmmm. Half sour pickles were good enough to keep away the boogie man. <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
Come to think of it, I wasn't to happy about goin' to the outhouse at night either. Had to use a lantern or a flashlight (my father hadn't wired it yet) and I was always afraid of falling in <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> What a way to go <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">
Sorry, just rambling on... Goodnight all!
Joe
