which coil deeper

Will the 15 inch 18.5khz coiltek coil be deeper than the 10.5 inch 7.5khz double d coil on low to medium minerlization ground thanks
 
Short answer.....Yes. The difference in size more than makes up for the ground penetrating capability difference of the higher frequency.
 
Thanks, what made me ask is i have a bigger 7.5khz dd coil and is not really any deeper on coins and the difference is not really worth talking about
