Which coil is this

I am getting ready to sell an Explorer 2 and have been reading how they are worth less with the slim line coil. This is the coil that is on my machine. Is this the one that no one likes? When I look on Minelabs site I see a slimline but it looks a bit different. This one says Explorer 1000 on it. Is the slimline a 1050?

There is also a 1050 coil and it says "1050" on it. The slimline coil looks a bit different ("slimline")

It isn't that the slimlne is a bad coil anyway. It's just that it is not as stable as the 1000 or 1050.

Both the 1000 and 1050 coils make the SE run much smoother. Less falsing and chirping than than the slimline.

This coil is one of the best Minelab coils, right design and performance. keep it ant treat it with love. because they are not produced longer. good luck Stasys

i just got the explorer xs with the slimline but im thinking of getting the SEF i hear its a good coil
