Which headphones to use with Sovereign XS-2A Pro

I am thinking of getting either the DetectorPro Ultimate Gray Ghost or the Jolly Roger Ultimates. Does anyone have and suggestions or experiences with either of these headphones on a Sovereign? Thanks

Scott, I've had good luck with the Koss QZ-99 headphones. I've used them for years on various detectors with no problems. If a problem should arise, they have a lifetime warranty usually with free replacement.

Hope this helps,
OldeTymer

I have tried different headphones on different detectors and I found the Timberwolfs works the best for me on the Sovereign, but on the Explorer I like the Troy Pros and on my other detectors that don't have a Sun Ray probe the Uniprobe seems to work excellent for me.Which are made by the same company that makes the Gray Ghost.

I use the Nugget Busters, they're loud and comfortable. Whatever suits really. Just try and use the same headphones on everything. It makes things easier.

I have a set of Grey ghost and I like them so far.

But I also have a set of Heil headphones for my ham radio gear, I might try them. But I would have to get an adapter for the plug.

Wear Sunray Pro's or wear nothing at all

I would hate to see that:ranting:
