Coils that are larger than the round 10 tornado for coins?
There are 10 x 12's , 13"s, etc.

For wet sand hunting the 12 x 10 SEF works real well for me. I have also used the the 13" ultimate, but I find it requires more adjusting of the sensitivity to remain stable than the 12 x 10 SEF.
 
I use the 14in wot coil for farm field hunting... hits real good on deep large cents... ive used it at the beach with mixed results... hits zinc pennies real deep too unfortunately. .. coil gets real heavy when going from wet to dry sand... ive read alot of positive feedback on the ultimate 13 but i have no experience with it...
 
I like the Detech 10X12 the best of the two larger coils that I use. I have the 13" Ultimate that I sometimes use. If I am detecting a large land area that does not have a lot of trash and want more coverage then the 13" Ultimate is my go to coil. I have used it quite a bit at the beach and I sometimes do have to change the sensitivity setting when going from wet to dry sand. both of them give very good depth on land and at the beach.
