Whitch parts of the Deus are water resistent?

Control box and headphones are water resistant.
 
What does "Water Resistant" elude to... can the coil be submerged or is it intended for like wet grass type scenarios?

The coil is waterproof so it can be submerged, but i would still protect the remote and headphones from the rain, even though they are said to be water resistant.
