Whites 12" TDI Coil

Hello, I have a PI Detector kit (Delta Pulse 3). I have been hearing about how deep the TDI Detector goes.
Well, I know this isnt entirely the detector, but also the search coil. I have an opportunity to buy a TDI Coil
for very reasonable. Will this coil work with my PI Detector, since the TDI is a PI Detector too?
(my detector kit didnt come with a coil, so it was either wind my own, or buy a different brand one)

And the coil inductance and ohm ratings required for your Delta? Is it the same as the TDI coil?
If not, might get it to work if the circuit is re-designed. Why bother, wind your own coil that is usable, building a mono PI coil is easy.
You can wind the wire in about 5 minutes or less. As you know all the PI coil building info is at Geotech. There is a 51 page post regarding the Delta Pulse there.

You might also find that a 9.5-10" coil is all you need, I am impressed with the depth and sensitivity of my 7" coil. That's basically what
is used on my land PI the most.
