whites A-1 customer service

I recently had to send my V3i in for repair work. After receiving it back from Centerville. It worked properly until I charged the battery pack. Then it was back to the same problem of a unstable detector at low Rx settings. After going threw the master reset process with Mary Hudson from whites electronics and having no improvement. They shipped out a brand new V3i detector. With a prepaid shipping label to send back the non working detector. That's some top notch customer service. I was relieved to have a actual person answer the phone and not have to deal with a automated computer. Thanks whites and thank you Mary Hudson.
 
I agree! I recently bought a new TDI pro and the coil had a crack and salt water got in it, ruining the coil. They sent me a new coil within 20 minutes of getting my email! Best service I've ever had!!
 
Wow! That is putting customer and reputation at top of the list. I'm glad I own a Whites.... No worries.
 
I own 5 White's machines, and have been metal detecting since 1996. The only issue I have ever had with any of their machines was self-induced - I fell while hiking on a steep trail with my V3i, and managed to snap off the pinpoint toggle button. Mary Hudson was super to work with - they have the best customer service on the planet! She mailed out a replacement switch, plus extra literature too - the total cost to fix my blunder was just over $7.00 - outstanding reliability & maintainability - White's is #1 in my book!!!
