White's Customer Service

I just recently purchased the lower rod for my M6 from the dealer here in town. I needed a spare rod for my stock coil. I assumed that the rod would come with the plastic bolt and nut. Well, you know what happens when you ass-u-me something.
I called customer service in Sweet Home because my dealer is a "Snow Bird". Those people up there are sooooo nice! The bolt and nut are $1.50 plus $1.93 shipping. I offered to send them a check....they refused and said don't worry about it!
Now how many other places have customer service like that?? White's....you have another loyal customer on yer hands! Anyone asks me about MD's, I'll be sure and tell them this story!
P.S. Plus, I love my M6:clapping::whites:

Over here in the UK the main service department up in Scotland are exactly the same,they are very helpfull and a few times they have saved the day,certainly a very good company for customer support which is a rare thing these days.

Good on you Whites :thumbup:

My first detector was a Whites 20 years ago(GM3). Still have It still works perfect. On my third model now! Maybe Ill have to use customer service some day and Ill experience their service but that I've never had to says allot as well.
They make a quality machine and back it up.
