General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.

I have a nice Spectrum that I traded for. Serial # is 116169 and the software is Ver. 1, 1991. I checked it out and it works great. It has signs of use, some scratches on the control box, a scratch on the protective cover on the display and silicon sealer on the screws, cables and here and there. The coils look great. The stock coil has some light scratches on the bottom and the 8" looks like it has been used just a couple of times. It has the instruction manual and engineering report as well as the Alkaline battery pack with new batteries and a 12 volt car charger. Rechargeable battery packs are available but 4 rechargeable C cells and a wall charger is far cheaper and you can use the NiMH for much longer hunting time. The stock rechargeable pack expired and I do not have it. I would take $350 for all, shipped to the lower 48, and I will accept check, Paypal, gold or silver.
 
Who ever buys this unit is in for a hell of a suprize, this detector rocks. everything is automatic, its so simple you're kids will figure it out before you do.,and guess what ...you don't need a pin pointer,this babys so accurate,,,its unbelievable,Just awesome! I wish I could afford,but since I can't ,I'll put in my two cents worth ta help ya sell it. its got 4 preset programs,the best one I like,"""Yah" prospecting. I'm not going to brag about my finds....but it will find RAW GOLD at an average of about 9 to 12 inch'es deep. Just another concerned member.....tor541:whites:
 
Folks, I have no idea who tor541 is :shrug: and I did not pay for that endorsement. :rofl:. The original owner did say he would be glad to talk to you about the Spectrum and I will provide his info on request. I was surprised with the air testing, great depth and VDI was right on the money, but I question the 9-12" claim on raw gold. It would have to be a huge nugget. :surprised: IMHO
