who has the best customer service fisher or minelab

If customer service is your only deciding factor go with Fisher as Minelab is setting up a new service center and are a bit behind but will get the job done.Minelab service is great by the way just not as fast of turn around as Fisher at this time. I look for Minelabs turn around time to improve a lot in the next few months.
That being said I would not trade my E-Trac for 2 F75s and be without an E-Trac.I also find the E-Trac to be built much more solid/robust than the F75 and yes I still own one of two F75s I bought when they were first released.I have used both machines many hundreds of hours and prefer the E-Trac hands down for hunting old coinage.
I have used my E-Trac that I bought out of the first shipment to hit our shores without mercy and it has never missed a lick so far ,fingers crossed.
Of course if you are a clad hunter as your handle would suggest the Fisher would serve you better as it is much lighter and faster,Ray.

ET vs F75. Driving in the city. The ET is like a fine Mercidies and the F75 like a top fuel drag car. In the big parks with lots of trash or the salt water beach? ETrac. In a wide open field with few targets and need fast coverage? F75.
