who is the go to person to talk to at fisher,i need some help

Gene Scullion has always answered my emails and questions in a timely manner. Very helpful.
 
Felix helped me on a rig I needed to send in for service, I got through by phone, seems faster than emails...you need to have him issue a Return Good Number if you are going to send a machine in..and also detail what they will do with it...

example; CZ20 to 21 conversion...:shrug:

Whats your problem?, maybe somebody here can offer a bit of advice regarding how you should phrase your conversation so you get what you need? Is it a warrantee covered issue or something else? You know what I mean, so you have all your ducks in a row when you make the call...serial number, etc...:thumbup: Most of us have sent in gear, so we can help you get familiar with the process before you dial..:beers:

Tom also helped me, and Eva. I have met some of these guys and hunted with Lupe and can say just make the call if you need something.
 
FELIX has always been a great help. I am sure all are great but I seem to always get Felix. Thanks to Fisher for all their help. HH :fisher:
