Felix helped me on a rig I needed to send in for service, I got through by phone, seems faster than emails...you need to have him issue a Return Good Number if you are going to send a machine in..and also detail what they will do with it...

example; CZ20 to 21 conversion...

Whats your problem?, maybe somebody here can offer a bit of advice regarding how you should phrase your conversation so you get what you need? Is it a warrantee covered issue or something else? You know what I mean, so you have all your ducks in a row when you make the call...serial number, etc... Most of us have sent in gear, so we can help you get familiar with the process before you dial..
