Why isn't the $ of the F75's going up like the T2's?

What's up with that. They are very similar machines.

From what I've read, the T2 was one of the first detectors to find gold in the Sudan and gold hunters there are bidding the prices up. Minelab has a gold machine that is being bid up to double and more of its original price. And both are now hard to come by. And yes, the T and F are similar, go figure? HH jim tn

Doesn't make sense, but herd behavior is not always logical.

According to the designer, the T2, F75, F70, F5 and by extension the Omega 8000 all have serious gold prospecting abilities.

Well that's kinda good news for me if my F75 is a good gold machine. My daughter and family live in Reno NV and are surrounded by gold country. Next visit out there may be more interesting and longer than I planned! HH

This is true.

That is what I heard too, but they are not going to get mine. I need it to find relics.:fisher:

The new goldbug is nothing more then a reprogrammed Omega 8000 with a higher frequency.

I got that in my "Bubba" (F-75 LTD).----Might not be quite as high a frequency, but close!----And sensitive---OH YEAH! ---------Del

F75 is more susceptible to exterior rf. One guy on ebay has bought and is the high bidder on over 9 T2 machines. All over $2000 each. Maybe he is planning a trip to the gold rush.

Quoting "The Gold Bug is a brand new leading edge high-performance circuit platform. It is NOT a revision of an earlier platform."
Quoting " Its discrimination-ID system (which is entirely in software) is a major revision of the highly regarded Omega system. Apart from that, the software is mostly new."

I would imagine the way the mob mentality is going, if someone found gold with a Radio Shack machine, a golf club or a stick, the price of them would go through the roof too.

Think the reason the T2's are selling more may also do with them being more prevalent in the UK ? I read where UK hunters like the T2 more due to certain aspects of it. Maybe it's easier to get the T2 because of the proximity ?

& did he put you up to making that kind of smart remark in his defense? I haven't posted in awhile, & I finally sit down at my desk & this is the second forum I reading this exact same crap on within the last 5 min. He can post here just as easily as anyone else can but chooses not to for whatever silly reason.......who cares. You think it's some crime or something- you can do the same....
But, it's kind of ironic really because he attempts to "punish" Findmall by posting his great, amazing, must read, insider info elsewhere trying to keep it away from this forum. Yet, Findmall can always count on people like you to copy over his exact wording from whatever forum (even if it's technically illegal to do that) & it always gets on Findmall anyways. Then the "must read" revelations always get 3X the hit count here even though it usually reveals a whole lot of nothing.....
So, the "keep away" game always backfires & is basically pointless.....

I'm guessing there's a deleted post involved here.

Deleted posts can make the response seem a little

Why else are we getting the cold shoulder?

I said "we" cause I like Findmall. I just don't like having to go elsewhere to find out about stuff that in my opinion I should have seen here. Stuff like the new website being ready and new detector information to clear up misconceptions, among other things. There was a 24 hour heads up on the website on TD but nothing but crickets over here. That started it and when I started looking I saw the other things.

I've been on Findmall a few years now and a bit zealous for it. So yeah, I'm a bit peeved and it shows.
