Why no 4 tones on Treasuremaster?

Hey guys! Maybe you can help me with a problem. I just picked up a Treasuremaster at an auction and can't get it to go four tone. Maybe I am just not using it right.
No matter what I do or how I set the machine, I get either one or 2 tones ( low and high). Under no circumstances will it give four tones. I am sure the tone setting is on four
but sounds high tone including nickels and pull tabs. I had a TreasurePro for a while that was the same and I sold it out of pure frustration. No I remember why I sold it.

The TreasurePro has a choice of 4 or 8 tones. Go to 'reset' and choose to 'clear' all past adjustments you've made and begin again. Here's a short video, on Youtube, about setting up the TreasureMaster Whites Treasure Master Detector

I know this is 8 years old but the reset was just what I needed as it solved the "no4 tones" issue I was having. Just joined the Finds Treasure and already have benefited from it.
