Why you DON"T dig with your hands

I just got my Quattro a few weeks ago and I've included a few pics of my finds..Sardine can was about 14" deep @ the dune line, sunglasses were almost 26" down near the surf..nickels was 8"- 10" and notice how few details are left..But the most schocking find was the hypodermic needle loaded with a clear fluid!!!!:yikes: It was about 6" under the dry sand in the high tide line..A young girl and her mother were picking up shells right near the needle..sure glad I got a short shovel and sand scoop..Oh yeah, Saturday I was cleaning out a spot for a test garden, and found a car hood:surprised: WOW, this Quattro is a trash findin' fool

Thanks for the post. Amazingly deep, "this bad boy detector is", and something we all need to be aware of, sharp cans, sharp needles or sharp anything. Boy, if that needle had a little dose of Hepatitus C on it, you're really lucky you didn't get poked. Good warning and some intresting stuff at tremendous depths. Love this machine.:|Marc.
