Will F2 coil fit F75

Will a 11" dd coil that fits a f2 also work on a F70 and F75? There are so many coils now a days that it is getting down right confusing.
 
Realisticly, no. F2 goes with F4. F70 with F75. Omega 8000, G2/Gold Bug & greek brothers Teknetics with F5. Dave J has gone on record as saying it won't hurt to try when the plugs are compatible... it COULD work. My experience is it just doesn't.
