Will Minelab stop?

Will Minelab stop making the Explorer and make the E-Trac the machine to have or will they continue to make the Explorer SE pro? Is the E-Trac a replacement for the Explorer or is it an addition to the line?

Good to know that the Sunray works with the E-Trac and that other coils will work too. That at least will salve bruised feeling since so many bought the Explorer SE pro just recently.

Because it is possible that so many may be trading in or selling their Explorers, I hope that their prices do not drop too much. Not too many on E-bay right now.

On the English MLO forum it was stated that there will be no more Explorer Models, the SE-PRO is the last model---------VIVA ET.

From the folks with whom I have communicated, and some have close ties to ML, it sounds like after first of the year their will be no more Explorers. I may be 100% wrong. Just relaying some information I find to be credible. For at least now....Jim
