will standard coin mode find nickels?

I set up my e-trac on the standard minelab coin mode, and only pulled one nickel during my hunt. I kept watching for 12-13 and similar #s, but they didn't want to show up.

Finds nickels just fine! Guess people don't lose as many as other coins?

Find Nickels all day long, of course the pull tabs come in about the same number so I find way more pull tabs than nickels. I use the supplied coin program with mine.

They have to be in the ground to find them. If your coil goes over them you will dig them...Jesse.
