Will the external Waterproof AA Battery Case/Pod work with the Simplex?:nerd:

Website doesn't say it is compatible, but it looks like the Anfibio, Kruzer, and Simplex use the same charging cable. Also the Simplex looks like it has the slot under the arm rest for the AA pod. Anyone verify this yet?

I recall a post from Dilek where she said it worked for the Simplex, but can't remember which site it was on.

I am going to guess the reason why you can't use it.

The Simplex is not set up electronically to be able to switch to an external power pack for operation like the Anfibio.

The Simplex battery circuit has only been designed to be used for charging a battery using the AC/DC wall charger or using a DC external power pack via the USB charge cable.

The Anfibio has this switching feature for charging or using the external battery power for operation. A bonus feature found on the higher end priced models.
