Found in Arkansas reverse printing block any info would be appreciated , Winchester repeating rifle ,has mention of hunting with a dog,ty

Printing blocks are reverse image for a reason, it prints correctly!! Could you try and simply figure out the words and then type it here? I’ve seen blocks used clear into the 50s but getting the words could match it up to an ad campaign and thus we could get an era or year prominent

The best I can make out reading it against a mirror says ,as safe as you can while using dog be assured of the sport Winchester repeating, there's a lot I can't make out ty
