windmill brooch pin

Hi Y'all!

I need some help with this! I found this brooch on one of my adventures. It looks like it may have had some rhinestones on the blades at one time. I think it is made of either copper or brass (probably copper). It's one and three quarter inches long. Found in a day one park (park dates back to 1835) on a hill about 8 inches down. There is no makers mark anywhere on it. Looking for possible circa. It was found in Wisconsin.

Thanks for your help in advance!
