Winter silver...

Although I can't detect due to the winter, coins still manage to find their way to me! My wife came home from work today, dug into her pocket and said "Here, I think these are silver".

Some guy from across the street (on the American side), spent these today. These are the .800 silver content centennial 1967 coins. Maybe he didn't realize that some Canadian coins are silver until 1968, maybe he doesn't care lol! Even at plain ol' melt value, these 10 coins are worth over 30 bucks.
