With just a "SHORT" answer why do you think that

Because, even though he did sin, he praised (a lot), and was a true WORSHIPPER. Spent quality time with the Lord. Meditated on the Lord.

David was the apple of God's eye! He loved the Lord and worshipped Him only! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Even though David did a lot of things including having a man murdered so he could have his wife. David never turned his back on the Lord and kept his faith in the Lord. He always knew the Lord was his master and never failed to worship him. The 23rd Psalms explains it all.
God Bless

He made the right choice!
It is something all men (people) should want to be!

Lisa you think exactly like I do. This has always been my idea of why God said he was a man after God's on heart. He WORSHIPED! I believe Worship is the most important thing we can do.

AMEN!!!!!!!!! Preach it, Sister!

And, FYI, I had to struggle to keep it SHORT! You know how long winded I can be! But I thought I'd TRY to do as you asked, and keep it short. You're crampin my style here with that SHORT stuff!
