No, I didn't get zapped, but the emi messed me up on my coil swinging, although I did manage over a dozen wheats and a merc. I love detecting the old farmyards. This week I detected 2, and one 100+ y.o. home gave up newer lincolns at 6-7" deep and I skunked out. The rest of the wheats I dug at a city park along with a rosie. Went out to determined to dig my first gold, and blistered up poppin out pulltab pulltab pulltab and pennies. No luck yet with the gold.
