It has been waaayyyyy toooo long! But I got a chance to dig a little tonite. It was a late 1800's house, and I will be going back! Here are my keepers! One 1946 nickel, one 1907 Indian Head, six wheats 54D, 57D, 45D, 41, 46D, 14, one like new 1964 Silver Rosie, one 1950 play nickel, one 1960 10 Centavos from Portugal I think? It is smaller than a dime! one old copper doo-dad, one silver plated watch band doo keeper, and one Monopoly doggie! :) Sure was fun!

Just dirt (even though the weather and the tide would have made for perfect beach huntin' this morning :( ) Went back to the park I got the Barber. Got a '64 Rosie in great condition (except for the gouge I put in his head), a '48 canadian penny and what looks like a child's bracelet. Haven't cleaned it up but it looks like copper??? Definitely not gold. Also got what looks to be a steel? ball (in another park) that's about a 1/2" or so in diameter. It was pretty deep. Wonder how the heck it got there. If it wasn't for the sound I would have thought it was some kind of musket ball...

Sounds like a good day too! :)
