Wore out

Well I am pretty wore out after being up for over 24 hours. We had our county relay for life last night. Relay for life is where teams get together and raise money for american cancer society. And they use the monet to find a cure and also to keep the patients in good spirits. The teams walk around a track for 18 hours and during that time there are different activities for the ones not walking at the time. Since my mom and brother both died of cancer at young ages it really makes me want to help others with the evil disease. My team collected 3800 dollars our county collected just over 40,000 dollars. I am getting ready to go to bed and rest.

That is great that you did that. Many people don't want to get involved, even though cancer has hit close to home. Relay for Life was done here last month.

Relay for Life is a wonderful thing. I was kind of out of the loop on it this time around but found out that it has been going on here this weekend too. Thanks for participating! God Bless! Hope you get some much deserved rest.

They even had me in a womenless buety contest . That was crazy but we made alot of people with cancer laugh and we raised a little over 1000 dollars at the contest. Everyone was laughing there heads off at us.
