I got a new ETrac yesterday,have read the manual through one time and looks like it will take two or three readings.:rofl:I have not had an explorer before so I can't comment on the ferrous tone debate.I previously had a Garrett gti1500 for a land machine.So far I have been just testing on my test plot and I like what I'm seeing and hearing.I have a Excalibur I water hunt with and I love that machine.I will keep you posted as I make my way around the learning curve!!:)
