Wow! I became a grandma last night...

and still can't believe it. My daughter Kylie just gave birth to a beautiful little girl at 10:05pm and named her Haley Rose, (Kylie's middle name is Rose),weighing in at 7 pounds, 8 ounces! So I'm at first time grandma, and don't feel old enough to be! They look beautiful together, and I'm proud as punch!
Angela:)
Need a bub icon here, just once!! Guess I'll be buying another detector is 10 years time!

Congrats to your daughter and to you Angela. Sounds like your going to have a new treasure hunting partner.

I remember thinking I was too young at 52 for my first grandchild born last year her name is Haley Nicole I'm so blessed, my oldest daughter Amber is in her 9th month with my second one. I can't wait.

Enjoy!

Hi Rick, here's a pic of me holding my beautiful grand daughter. She's only a day old here. It's the only photo I have so far!

holding my grandaughter! This post is almost three months old since I first posted. Never thought in a million years I'd be one some day. I still think I'm too young to be!

I got mixed up again as usual. You look so happy holding that baby. I think I missed out on something here, not having a wife and kids. I don't think I missed out, I know, but it's great to see the joy that can be had there. I'm encouraged, and like they say, it ain't over til it's over.;) I wonder if she'll want a new ExplorerII or Quatro by the time she's about 5 or 6. Better start saving!!!;)
