I ordered my 31" Lesche Sampson serrated shovel literally 24 hours ago and it has been delivered! Granted that's only one state over (Conn. to NY) but still, THIS time of year? Very impressed and the lowest price with shipping I could find. My only gripe was they never sent a tracking number and I originally missed the UPS guy since I wasn't expecting him so quickly! Luckily I was able to track him down just now and meet him because my brother-in-law is also a UPS driver on a different route. HH George

I have used NED almost exclusively for my detecting needs. The only time I have had any problem at all was with an item that was backordered from Minelab. However Andrew shipped the item the same day that he received it. Most of the time when I call I get a reply back from one of their sales people the same day. Every Item I have ever purchased, with the one exception, shipped the same day that I made the purchase. I certainly will use them again.
I wish it was that way for me and my friend who also had problems and ordered else where. I'm done ! 11 days no answer from any of their sales people. Justin was on vacation and they never would tell me that. Why didn't they give me to another sales person????? Then he writes back that all my e-mails to him where in his spam folder Bull !!!! I know better.
